Replace web site

My web site is hosted by my ISP on a server with FP
extensions. I have redesigned the whole site on my local
machine. Am I safe to open the existing web in Front
Page, delete everything under the domain name, and upload
the new site?

Do not delete the _private folder or the images folder. Just delete the
content out of them.
