replace system files while on use

Can any one sugges a method to replace the system files while they are used
by other process. thanks in advance.

DUA Script can do it automatically
or you can do it manually:
1.rename the system file.
2.copy new one.
3.reboot
4.delete renamed system files.

There's also inuse.exe which is in the windows resource kit. Here's the
