Repeats Help installation

In Excel 2003 every time I try to access the Visual Basic help, Excel
requires the installation of these features: the former for Help, the
latter for Help on details.
This installation is required again in anew subsequent sessions.
Thank you.
 
I'm not sure what is causing this, but you might try logging on to
your computer under the Administrator account or an account that has
administartor privileges and letting the install run.
