Repeating records on a report

I have created a report that contains 17 subreports (one for each
distribution center being tracked).

Each subreport is based on a query specific to each of the distribution
centers. When I run the individual subreports, they look correct and return
one line showing the difference between equipment in and equipment out.

However, when placed in the report, the subreports are duplicated 17 times
so my total report is 17 pages instead of 1.

How can I get it to only show the subreports one time?

With that arrangement, it sounds like the main report should
not have anything in its RecordSource property.

OTOH, it should be possible to get by with only one
subreport and a simplified main report record source query.

Clearing the RecordSource fixed the problem! Thank you so much for the quick
response.
