Repeating incoming emails

At work some of us have upgraded to Office 2007, one individual has email
problems which in her inbox the same messages that are sent to her keeps
repeating. Whenever someone sends her an email that message is repeated
indefinitely, she has deleted these emails but it keep repeating in her
inbox. Is there a fix for this problem?

When using the webmail interface to her mailbox, are the messages
showing up there multiple times?
