Repeated messages that MS Outlook needs to close.Outlook freezing

Outlook is repeatedly freezing and message box appears to say that Outlook
has encounered a problem and needs to close. It then closes and reopens with
the same process repeating! Impossible to open any incoming e mail and
sending is very difficult. Can anyone help?

Have you tried Detect and Repair? Open any Office program and it is on the
help menu. Otherwise, you may want to create a new mail profile.

I tried out Detect and Repair as you suggested. I'm afraid that I'm now even
worse off as the freezing is still there and in additon I now cannot connect
to the server!

Do you have any other suggestions?

Did you try suggestion number two - create a new mail profile and configure
it to work with your current .pst file?
