REPEATED DATA IN ACCESS WHILE WRITING QUERIES

how to avoid repeated records when executing a query.
Ex: 10 labour are working, daily their name - salary - over time details are
entered. at end of the week, if i want to know what is the max OT for every
labour. I tried but i am getting lot of unwanted records.
please send me reply.

Look at the Access HELP section on "Totals" queries. Create a query, select
"Total" vs. "Select", then group on employee name/id and sum the work hours.
