Repeated CUT command

I am getting every 30 seconds the command CUT appears on
the lower right side corner on the screen and is very
annoying. If I am in a spreadsheet or any form
application, is wipe-out as is going to "cut & paste" that
cell. I have XP system and working in a emachine. Looks
like this happened after I installed the Intelligent Point
Wireless mouse, or may be is a coincidence.

I do not think that this has to do with the mouse, but of course you
could uninstall the IntelliPoint software to check this. The mouse
should work with the standard driver as well beside of that you cannot
use the enhanced features.
I would scan this system for viruses and other malware.
