Every 30 seconds my computer makes the sound of clicking on an icon. Online,
after clicking on an icon there will be multiple clicks in a row and also
every 30 seconds. Any solutions?

could be an antispyware or ad blocker that clicks each time it blocks
something, maybe like a bunch of pop ups. If you are not seeing any as you
browse, then somethings is working..... The sound can be adjusted if you
look around on your pc....

Go to Start->Control Panel->Sound, Speech and Audio Devices.
Click on Change the Sound Scheme.
In the Program Events window, scroll down to Windows Explorer.
Click on Blocked Pop-Up Window.
Click the black arrow above the Cancel button.
Is that the sound you are hearing?

To remove, click the down arrow in the Sounds box and scroll up to and
select (None).
