Just tried to rename some video files in my computer
(explorer. Upon backing out of folder the explorer froze
(went unresponsive). This has been a problem since
Millennium Edition. Had the news rover application running
during this. It, I believe is due to the way AV software
reacts with Explorer functions.

Using Norton AV2004 Edition.

HELP!!!!
 
If you had this issue with ME also, I would expect it to be hardware
related, likely a harddrive issue. Suggest getting a copy of the
diagnostics utility from the HD manufacturer and run it against the drive.
