Repartition win2000 Server.

I have a Compaq Server where I use Smartstart to install Win 2000 Server.
However due to a bug in Software it only allows the creation of 4GB on
system partition.

I now have C drive = 4GB and D drive = 30GB. I have a compaq array and
using RAID 5. Is there anyway I can merge the partitions?

i understand that you are allready install the windows -
use the partition magic 8 (thrd party program) to merge
your disks.
