repair problems

I have several files that i can't repair. (GAPI32.dll) The message comes
up to reinstall C:\WINDOWS\systems32\mapisrve.exe { how do i do this}.

WinDoctor cannot fix the error " 'C:\WINNT\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE'
cannot access a necessary file 'Gapi32.dll' "

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
