Repair Installation

I have 2 hard drives. One is drive C: (Master) setup with original software
from HP. The 2nd hard drive, (D: Slave) is set up with Windows XP Home
(retail version). Is it possible to use the Repair Installation to switch
the D: to Master and C: to Slave?

That would seem like it would have to be done physically , by changing the
drive jumpers. Jym

Hi, I did that and I can't get it to recognize the D: as the Master. When
it boots up all I get is a flashing - sign but no error messages.
