At 15 minute intervals the following message appears in
computer's Event Viewer for application:
Event ID 4356 Category (52)
The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the
subscriber partition:{41E90F3E-56C1-4633-81C3-
6E8BAC8BDD70}!new:{C2F23AE4-82D8-456F-A4AF-
A2655D8CA726}. CoGetObject returned HRESULT 8000401A.

The computer is a pentium four with Windows XP service
pack 1 and is running office XP service pack2.

Does any one know what this means and how to fix the
problem?
Thank you Cindy

This is your problem:
Message Queuing Messages Intermittently May Fail to Be Delivered When the COM+ Component Is WSC
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;331697

Unusually for a Microsoft Knowledge Base Article it does not suggest a solution or workaround.
