Reoccuring Hardware Install when Windows Loads

Hello. Everytime the computer boots and the user logs in,
Windows trys to install the HP Laserjet 2200 printer that
is attached to the PC w/ a USB cord. I don't understand
why it keeps re-adding the printer everytime. Any help is
appreciated.

I haven't had this problem but maybe if you log on as

administrator and then go to the printer . right click and
go to security. Add each person you want to use it. Leave
the default box checked and then after each person logs on
it should stop it.
