Renaming user's folder at Document&Setting folder

I created an user like Paul and after a few months I decided to change the
user's name to Simon and I realized the actual user folder at Document and
Settings folder was still identified as Paul...why it didin't change
everything to Simon (new user)? How can I fix it, as I have many users in
this computer, and some times during maintenances, I do no remenber that Paul
stands for Simon?
