Renaming files

Still not managed to rename 350+ files from eg. "MP031 Amazing Grace.ppt" to
"Amazing Grace MP031.ppt"
Any ideas, please?

Search for file rename utility...

I used to utilize a shareware program called RenameWiz... Great application:

Then I found a true freeware called "ReNamer" and now I use it:

The command line is your friend, assuming you have a decent editor.

Open command prompt in the desired directory.

Type command: dir /b *ppt > zonk.bat

Use a decent editor to turn the list of file names into REN (rename)
commands.

Type command: zonk

Type command: del zonk.bat
