Rename user in WIN XP pro

How can I rename a username in Windows XP pro (user without administrator rights) so as new username have the same rights, installed programs and settings like old user. Enough only somehow rename old username? Please help me how! Thanks

You just rename it. You may also want to change the
Full Name as well as the Login account name.
If you have Pro, run lusrmgr.msc and then highlight
the account, then right click on it and select rename.
If you use the User accounts control panel applet when
logged in as an admin, after selecting the account you
should have a link to Change the name
