I save web pages to PSP Quick Guides. When I changed the name of the html
page to "index page" a prompt would always come up and ask if I wanted to go
ahead with the name change. That prompt does not come up anymore. Does
anyone know why not and/or how I can reset it to work. Since the prompt no
longer comes up, tutorials do not work.

When I open my device manager it is blank...nothing... Is this something that
can be fixed? If so, how?

Start the Plug and Play Service. The service Startup Type should be set
to "Automatic". To access the Services Management Console click on
Start | Run and enter services.msc in the box and press enter or click
on OK.

Click View then point to Toolbars then customize on commands Tab drag the
Save As to your File Menu and drop it under Save.

I don't seem to have anything as you are suggesting under toolbars>customize.
To clarify. I save the webpage to a file. I then change the html page name
ti "index.htm". It is when I change the name that the prompt doesn't come up
anymore asking me if I really want to change the name. etc. etc.
Thanks for your reply.

Tried this with no success. I am wondering if there is some way to reset
prompts if you have checked "not to show again"?

Try on the PSP Guide click on Edit and select Preferences then locate the
General Option and set the Settings to there you can add an option or you can
click on Default settings.
I wonder if your preferences under the file menu option.
HTH.

Have come to the conclusion, warning is on Windows side. The Quick Guides
are in My Documents folder. Would have to reset warnings on OS side I think.
Haven't found anything on that yet and have pretty exhausted the help
files..lol. Frustrating as this was working fine not too long ago and I
haven't made any changes:((
Regards
