Rename Folders Function

There are 3 user accounts on my computer. I have lost the ability to rename
folders in my user account only. The "rename" function does not appear in
the "right click menu". I am listed as an Administrator.
How do I get this function back?!?!

Check for virus/spyware/malware and other infections.
If your computer doesn’t have any infection perform a system restore to
nearest working point.

Does pressing the F2 key work? When the folder is selected. You might still have the ability to
change the folder name, until you can get the menu item back.
