Rename clip art objects

Hi,

I am making quite a complicated animation scheme with multiple clip-art
objects, but I find it hard to distinguish them by "name" in the advanced
timeline of the animation scheme. Can I rename them in names that make sense
to me?

Max,
Unfortunately you can't rename objects in PPT 2003. You can in PPT 2007
though.
 
As Luc says

You could maybe try right clicking each clip art and save as picture (with
any name you want) then reinsert the pictures and work with them instead of
clip art.
