Removing Word Watermark stamps!?

I've been unable to remove the watermark stamp from within a document through
the format tab. How else do you remove them?
 
Hi Sara-

Have you taken a look at View>Headers and Footers? If not inserted using the
Watermark feature, that is probably where you will find it. Also, if there
are multiple sections using separate H/F, you will have to delete it from
each.
