Removing Word Hyperlink in Acrobat 7

I have a PDF that was made from a Word file. It has hyperlins in it to
create emails and link to web site that I want to remove and edit. I
can't figure it out. Don't have the original word file. Suggestions?

If all you have is the .pdf file, you will need something to convert that
..pdf file to a Word file. There are so low cost programs that will do that.
