Removing Winmail.dat & part1.txt files

I just install Outlook 2000 and my Windows 2000 computer. Every email I
send to people either has a winmail.dat or part1.txt file attached to it.
Can you tell me how to setup Outlook 2000 to not send these files?

Try using plain text or HTML format to send your messages.
