Removing "Windows XP Embedded" from desktop

Is it possible to remove the "Windows XP Embedded" text from the desktop?
Does this only show in evaluation builds? I have built my own custom shell
built on the Windows Shell Prototype and it works great but right before the
shell displays you can clearly read "Windows XP Embedded".

It's just on the eval background.

That goes away when you put in a Registration key.
and compile the build.
