Removing windows default admin user from the "Run As" dialog

How can I prohibit the windows xp pro sp3 default administrator
account from appearing in the "Run As..." Dialog ?
Application Icon -> context menu -> Run As...

Instead of the win default one the own administrator user
is defined and in use if necessary. The win default one is
permanently disabled.

Really nobody knows how to prevent the win xp default admin account
from appearing in the "Run As..." dialog ?
