Removing users from global group

I have tried to use the 'net group' command w/ the /delete switch to remove
a user from the group but it says that this command must be run on a DC. Is
there a way around this? I am not a Domain Admin but I do have admin
privileges in AD.

You will probably find the NET Command requires at least account operator native
rights, delegated permissions usually isn't enough.

Other than that, if using from a domain member you need to add the /domain
switch so it focuses the command on a domain controller.
