Removing Up/Down Scroll Bar

Does anyone know of a way to remove the Scroll Bar? I
have a computer in a Kiosk setting, and I need to prevent
the scroll bar (which is non functional anyways due to
the page fitting onto the screen) from appearing to help
alleviate a possible screen burn-in to the plasma screen.

I don't think that can be done. When I go to a web page
that is not a full page the scroll bar remains, but
is "greyed" out - www.gov.on.ca

I assume you are launching IE in Kiosk mode (see below).

I dont think there's an option in IE to do that. The only way I know to get rid of it is in the HTML coding of the web page itself.
