I have a program that was downloaded that I`m trying to get rid of, have
tried add/remove programs. there is only a removal folder that dosen`t
respond. Now all trace of it has dissapeared but is still on pc as it is on
start menu. Have searched and found 81 files & folders with program name, is
it safe to delete all these. have also seen it in reg editor. any help would
be appreciated.

Is it starting at boot or anything? You can likely get away with deleting it
from the start menu and from the program files but unless you have a very
specific need it probably won't break anything if left to its own devices in
the registry if nothing's attached to it. What is this mystery program
anyhow?
