removing qbupdate.exe (Quickbooks) on all user sessions but one?

We'd like to install QuickBooks on a Terminal Server, though the Last time
we did it made the qbupdate.exe app run when ever anyone connected
regardless if they ran QuickBooks.

How can I get rid of it?

Thanks,
Scott<-

You should be aware that only QuickBooks Enterprise Edition is supported on
Terminal Server. If you wish to run a non-supported version on terminal
server, there are know hacks on how to get it to work on Vera Noest's
website, www.veranoest.net
