Removing Published forms

Having Published a form in my personal forms I now want to remove it. I
tried picking forms/choose a form/ dialogue and then highlighting it and
pressing delete but that didnt work. Any thoughts?

PS Thanks Sue for the information on opening the form I had been to the slip
stick site but had managed to navigate to that bit. I still cant find it on
the site woithout using your link

Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Manage Forms -- not available in Outlook 2000 IMO mode.
