Removing Programs

When I look at the "Remove Programs" window I see several
programs listed that I did not intentionally install.
Programs like "SBM OS", "Sidebar search", "Search
OS", "URL.IE PP", "Support", and "WIN-TOOLS Easy
Installer." I have removed some of them but when I re-
boot they are back again.

How do I get rid of them and/or how do I identify what is
just junk?

I understand. They came bundled with some legit ware you wanted to use.
Most of these are likely spyware so use a spyware cleaner.
