REMOVING PROGRAMS

I recently installed a few Sims expansion packs and then i deleted all the
files by accident.
When i go to Add/Remove programs, they are still listed in there (with 0
MB)......When i click on them to remove..............nothing happens. There
are no longer ANY files on my computer for the games......so how do i remove
the
programs from the Add/Remove??? I just want to mention that i no longer
have the CD's for the games....so reinstalling would be out if the question.
