Removing program and re-installing

roxio Cd copier came with my system, but it fails to
operate. Roxio suggests removing it and re-installing. I
went to Control panel, then add and remove programs, but
it's not listed. Uopn trying a search, it IS on the
computer.
How do I uninstall a program not listed on the ADD &
Remove programs list?

I would first look in the program's folder and see if there is an uninstall
program (called 'uninstall' or 'unwise' sometimes). If there isn't one of
those, I would install Roxio to the same location, THEN uninstall it, and
THEN install it again. That should be sure to prevent messy registry
entries.
