Removing privacy provisions from my folders

How do I remove the privacy provisions from 'My Documents" Folder. I
now want others to access my files in My Documents. I have XP Home SP2.
In the My Documents Folder properties the Local security and sharing
box has a tick in it but it is greyed and unable to be changed. I have
logged on as administrator in 'safe mode' and it is still greyed and
unable to be changed. Is someone available to assist please.
