Removing pre-printed text

Somehow my husband did something so now when he starts a new mail message
they all come up with the text from a previous email. It comes up with:

Dear Condo Owner:

There is a condo available at.....

This was taken originally from a file of his, but we even deleted the file
and no matter what I do, that same message comes up on all new e-mails.
HELP!!!! It is driving me crazy.

Version of Outlook? Are you using Word as the editor? Renamed normal.dot yet?
