Removing Pop-Up Stopper Programme

I recently installed Pop-Up Stopper from Panicware,
(freebie), but now don't want to use it but cannot seem
to be able to remove the thing. Can anyone help, in
words of one syllable please! Many thanks, Alex

Have you tried going into Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs?

Hi Alex, try downloading or obtaining a 3rd party program
call XP Tweak, this will allow you to remove any problem
programs that XP wont do Automatically
