Removing 'phantom' Personal Folders from Outlook 2003

I thought there was a startup switch for outlook.exe that would allow me to
remove Personal Folders from my MAPI profile in Outlook 2003 that are no
longer reachable. Is anyone aware of a way to remove old Personal Folders
from Outlook 2003?

No such switch. You R click and close any folder you want to remove from
your profile. You cannot remove your default folder.

/cleanprofile might do it (never worked well for me though).

http://www.codetwo.com/pages/freeware/pst_ghostbuster.php is a beta program
that can clean ghosts from the profile.
