removing passwords

If I setup my computer with a password originally and
want to remove it now, how do I do it. Using windows xp-
home version. thanks for any help

Control Panel/Users/Change an account/select the account/change password.

From an Administrator logon, Start - Run the line
control userpasswords2

There you can select any user name and click Reset Password' (you will
have to have the 'Users must give username' box checked) - for no
password just leave the two boxes blank and click Apply
