Removing outdated posts ???

I download Headers only.
Then if I am interested in the Subject I download the post.
I have about a years worth of Headers and Posts on my computer and a lot of the early ones are no longer on the Server,
Is there any way to remove old Headers and Posts in bulk ??

What I do is create a News message rule that deletes messages sent over ten
days ago. You can select however many days you prefer when you set up the
message.
