Removing Opened email from Inbox

New to Outlook... Coming from AOL... What a difference! Great!

In any event, I noticed that Opened emails remain in the Inbox, I would
rather see them gone immediately once read (not deleted, but automatically
moved to another folder such as "Old Mail"), just like AOL was doing.
This will help to keep a less crowded vies of the Inbox folder.

Is this possible with Outlook?

You can achieve something similar by using Search Folders (Outlook 2003 and
2007). Here you can create an Unread Mail folder that will, as the name
suggests, only display the unread items in your mailbox.
