Removing My Computer from Explorer Security Zone

A friend of mine added My Computer to Internet Explorers Security Zone, now
when I upgraded to 7 it does not show up and I cannot remove it. When I try
to open some things such as Services in Admin tools I get a prompt asking if
it is Ok to run script on this page. How do I fix?

Check the settings of this key...
