Can't connect to internet.

win xp pro. removed Norton antivirus, symantec security, and AOL.
roadrunner internet service works on another computer ok. shutdown zone
alarm pro, did not help. ran SFC, defraged hard drive, installed internet
explorer 7.0, added pci nic, it works and one on mother board works too but
still cannot access internet. no problems in device manager. have run out of
things to try.

did you rebuild your winsock? don't look like it, so it should be your fix.
