Removing Links

I have a spreadsheet with a chart that is linked to
another spreadsheet. I want to remove that link and can't
figure out how. Can anyone help with this?

In Excel 2002, do Edit / Links / Break Links

In any version, as long as you know the cells that are linked to the other spreadsheet, go
find them copy them and then paste special them where they are as values

You can go under "Links" and remove links.

Try Bill Manville's FindLinks utility on Stephen Bullen's site:

It adds a Find Links command to the Tools menu. Enter "*.xls" as the search
criteria.
