removing Keep with Next formatting

When I paste paragraphs from other apps (Net Snippets) to word the Keep with
next formatting is included. I want to get rid of the Keep with Next
Formatting. I can't use the paste options button (it doesn't appear when
using Net Snippets) and I don't want to do the job one para at a time.
 
You can Paste Special, choosing "Unformatted Text"; this clears all
formatting and adjusts the text to the settings at the insertion point.
