Removing items from auto name completion

I have a number of names that appear in the tTo, CC etc
using the auto name completion function. Unfortunately
over time people have changed their email address or I
have made typos. I can not see any way to remove these
spurious names from being displayed. Can anyone help me
with this?
 
Highlight the address by using the cursor keys on your keyboard and press
delete. To delete the complete cache rename the nk2-file to .old

The default location for this file is;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
