removing history

hi i was wondering if you could explain step by step how
to remove history. every sight i ever was on shows up
when i do a search, and i tried to remove it by changing
the command setting,(discarding old duplicates) but it
isn't working. i would apperciate any helpwith my

In Internet Explorer (if this the browser you are using), see menu:
Tools/Internet Options, Tab; General. Should be obvious from there.
