removing games, address book

Is there a possibility to uninstall the games, address
book, netmeeting, outlook express and such windows
components as we do in win98 ?
 
Uninstall various components via the modify installation dialogue.
It is not recommended to uninstall OE, as various components are used by
other win processess, not least the newsreader
