I have copied something that has formatting including links, I want to
remove all the formatting and links in excel is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance

Hi
you could copy your data and insert it with 'Edit - Paste Special - Values'

If you mean formatting and not formulas then it's a two stage process.

Highlight all your data and copy it (Edit>Copy) then, with it still
selected, select Edit>Paste Special...>Values. This will 'kill' the formulas
and any links in them.

With the data still highlighted select Edit>Clear>Formats
