Remove Formatting Data Tables

Hi,

I have a data set in Excel.
I was playing around with inserting a Table.
And I somehow changed the format, but not the content, of the first 3 rows of my data set.
They are now formatted as a Table.
They behave slightly differently to subsequent rows below.
How do I remove this formatting on these 3 rows?

Regards,
Ciarán

select this range => Right click => Table => Convert to range
and then Backcolor => No fill, Borders => No Borders
